its been awhile

since I have posted on this forum, but for the last couple weeks I have felt something missing in my life. Yes, I probably should focus some of my free time on getting a job or getting a girl, but the ability to vent and write is something I oddly missed.

Since the cricket event, I wanted to be careful and control my "onscreen image". I thought it was important that I censor what I write. If I continue to write about strip clubs (on separate tangent, its been over 6 plus months since I have been to one) and drinking, that people would judge me based on that. And what girl would want a guy who continually talks about this shit.

In the last six months of unemployment, I have come to some major revelations.
1.) No one really gives a shit
2.) People judge you based on your actions; if someone is going to judge you solely on a blog, then so be it.
3.) There is no way to control what others say about you.

Gym

Occasionally I meet some friends and play ball at the RSF. Its definitely a deja-vu experience. When I was in undergrad, we would have 3 hour workouts and none of it would revolve around legs or cardio. No wonder I developed man-boobies back then... I mean we would do bench 4 times a week.

Anyhow, after playing 2 games which lasted about 2 hours, I was exhausted. We played 4 on 4 full court to 24 by 1s and 2s. By the second game, no one had any legs and could make it a basket. We were all thankful that the game was over, and the Laker game was on at 12:30 so we did not have to play one more game.

Given the amount that I had drank the night before at our houseparty, I sweated profusely and decided to take a shower at the Cal locker room. This was really weird for me as I never have been into the Cal locker room in my 4 yrs in undergrad. First off, it is setup as a high school gym. Open showers , something I was not expecting. Luckily, I was recovering from the game while my friend took a shower, so we did not end up in the shower room together.. I mean lets face it. There is nothing weirder and more gay.

Anyhow rolled to Fremont to see Dehli 6, which is by far the dumbest movie ever made. The only highlight was going to this Indian shop where they give you pani puri like the shops in india - one at a time. Of course that is where the comparison ends. The price for 6 is $4.50..Fuck me.
